Your version matches where you bought your tracker — the Europe version ships from European stores, the Worldwide version to the US, Canada, Mexico and Australia, and the Brazil version via Mercado Livre. If you're not sure, contact our support team and we'll confirm it for you.
The tracker only connects to networks included in your version. Outside that area it won't report a live position until it's back in a covered country.
No. Roaming within your version's countries is included in your subscription — no extra fees and no SIM swap.
You don't need to set up anything: no Wi-Fi, no phone pairing, no data plan of your own. The tracker carries its own SIM and mobile data, already included in your subscription.
GPS satellites tell the tracker where it is, and the mobile network is how it tells you. That's also why trackers sold "without a SIM" can't show you a live position: the location has no way to reach your phone.
Versions are tied to the built-in SIM, so they can't be swapped. If you've permanently moved to another region, get in touch with our support team.
